With years of experience in roofing, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and certified home inspection, our team understands properties inside and out. What started as a family-driven venture has grown into a trusted property management company serving homeowners, investors, lenders, and landlords. Tyler brings multiple years of hands-on experience in roofing, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring, backed by a Home Inspection Certificate. His education includes IAPA Safety, Health & The Law, WSIB Certified Joint Health and Safety (Parts 1 and 2), Accident Investigation Training, Business Administration and Accounting, and First Aid with CPR and AED certification.

Tyler continuously upgrades his skills to better serve our clients at RTE Property Management & Services Ltd A firm believer in adaptability and reliability, he is also active in the local community, coaching minor hockey and soccer as a certified coach and trainer.

Erica Wright

Treasurer & Office Manager

Erica’s background includes extensive experience working with the senior community. She has contributed to the Suicide Prevention Network Committee and served as a counsellor for the Alzheimer's Society.

Her education includes:

Early Childhood Education (Fanshawe, 1995)
Social Service Worker (Fanshawe, 2008)
Extensive additional training in dementia care, life skills coaching, non-violent crisis intervention, Parkinson’s education, acquired brain injury, and visual impairment training.

Erica is known for her flexibility, dependability, and dedication to helping others, qualities that are reflected in her leadership at RTE Property Management & Services Ltd.
